1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. 3.3 Account Security

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Players must also have completed the KYC verification process before withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds are approved. 77plus reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request, without limitation, as part of its AML and fraud prevention obligations.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms Apply

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated time and bonus funds not wagered before expiry will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform or play games;
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would produce an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of Philippine law or international sanctions;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account registration information;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;

8Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any 77plus intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 77plus platform without the prior written consent of 77plus or the applicable rights holder. Unauthorized use of 77plus intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77plus's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77plus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 77plus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77plus does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, server outages, or circumstances beyond 77plus's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or Philippine network disruptions) may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. 77plus will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by 77plus

77plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 77plus reasonably believes that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes;
• The account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry, regulatory investigation, or legal proceeding;
• The player has provided false registration information;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to 77plus's regulatory compliance obligations.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your 77plus account at any time by contacting the 77plus support team via live chat from within your account dashboard. Upon closure request, any real-money balance in your account (net of any voided bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your 77plus account, all promotional balances, free spins, loyalty points, and pending bonus rewards will be forfeited without compensation. 13Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit 77plus's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

77plus operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints relating to 77plus's conduct as a licensed gaming operator may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels in addition to any civil claim you may have.

14Amendments to These Terms
